Masons Supply Company

I would NEVER do business with this company!!!! Justin, the owner, hung up on me while I was asking questions about scratch coats and integrity/bonding preparation. He rudely said that he only sells material, not teaches people. I replied that I am not asking to be taught, just wanting to talk with someone who knows the materials they sell. He said my expectations were too high and hung up on me as I began to ask him who I should talk to then. I called back and he REFUSED to talk with me....he had someone else answer the phone and tell me he was unavailable. I asked for an apology and he still would not get on the phone. Completely bad business!!!! I then called Mutual Materials and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful!!!!
