I waited a week for them to get back to me about what time of day they could actually show up, and then they blew it. I told them in the original call that I had one other appointment on the next day they had open to show up. This was the one day I had off that week and I needed to see a dentist. I told them NOT to schedule me for that one hour. That is EXACTLY what they did, as if they never heard my request. After I asked them to reschedule, they had to call me back with another option, which was 5 days later on a day that I was working. And then they had the audacity to tell me they would charge my CC $25 for cancelling the appointment. This review is costing me $25. Please take your business elsewhere. Anywhere. Make my $25 sacrifice worth more than that to them in lost business.

I bought a used set of speed queens and about 6 months later the dryer stopped drying. I narrowed it down to the heating element so removed it and took it to appliance clinic to get a replacement. As always they were very friendly and helpful, intact informed me that speed queen has a transferable warranty. They ran my serial number and found out the unit was still covered under factory warranty for another 486 days!!! So they came to my house and repaired my dryer for free. The technician that came was very friendly and went the extra mile and adjusted the belt as well. Thanks very much for always being my go to DIY superstore!!

I purchased a refrigerator freezer and a microwave hood vent from Appliance Clinic. My service and experience purchasing the two items was stress free (no pressure) and the prices were good, as each item was on sale. I was helped by Acacia in the store and she has been wonderful throughout the entire process. The appliances were delivered by Miguel and Joel and they were on time, very professional and very careful moving the refrigerators in and out. They were also very careful not to make a mess. The entire experience with Appliance Clinic was exceptional in every way! I appreciate all of their efforts!! I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again! Five stars for sure!
