Kelly Irrigation Services came to my house today to troubleshoot and repair a leak coming from the box containing four zone valves. Sam quickly identified the source of the leak as a crack in the base of one of the valves. He replaced the valve and insured all the freshly made connections were solid and insured the system worked correctly before he left. Sam Kelly was very professional, very knowledgeable, and I was charged a reasonable fair amount for the repair. Sam is very detailed with his estimates and graphs to explain things very clearly, you can tell he puts a lot of time into it. Sam even came out about 2 weeks after, thought I had a leak, I didn’t. Sam said I don’t like the way the trench’s looked, so he got his tools out and went to work and fixed and packed around the sprinkler’s that needed it. Very unusual to see these days. Sam is proud of his work and takes care of his customers. Highly Recommended!
