I contacted Robert Gibb and sons. When my furnace went out. They were able to fix it. It stopped about a week later. They said my basement was too cluttered. I spent days getting it taken care of. They gave me the run around for another couple days.Then told me the basement was too dusty. That they wouldn't replace my furnace. They could have told me sooner. Now I have no furnace. No heat and They are OK letting an elderly disabled person freeze to death.
The technician stated one thing (covered under warranty)and Kevin R called and demanded 1,700$ . He was rude and was threatening ! Never again would I have them. Poor customer service and not trustworthy!

Rick quickly pin pointed the failed capacitor and got my HVAC system back producing nice warm air! He also helped me understand my homes HVAC system. We had a great experience with Steven with Robert Gibb and Sons! We had bought a new Bosch HVAC system (Heat Pump) and had another company install and inspect it. It never worked right after that installation because it is such new technology and the other company just seemed to guess and do trial and error with this new system without really knowing how to work on it. Steven showed up, admitted that this was such a new technology that he would need to call Bosch tech support to assist him. After a few hours of troubleshooting and phone calls the issues were figured out and the system has been working beautifully! Steven was very professional and friendly and was eager to do things right for us! I highly recommend them!
When our storage heater stopped working I discovered it may be difficult to fix because it isn't a common type heater in this area. Kip showed up almost immediately after we called and by the following day he had several options on how we could either fix or replace our heater and was very confident their technicians would have no problems with our type of heating system. Once the parts arrived Marty was here early in the morning and replaced the coils in our storage heater in about an hour and a half. Everyone at Gibb is amazingly helpful, they answered all of the questions we had (including the silly ones), and even came in under their estimate for our repairs. I would highly recommend Robert Gibb for any heating repair or replacement issues you may have.
