The whole process to add a whole house humidifier with K&S was excellent. From estimate, scheduling to installation it was an excellent experience for me. Cael did a very nice and tidy installation the Aprilaire unit. Good positioning and neat routing of the waterline and sensor & control wiring.

They sent a man out to check. He was supposed to bring the part said he didn't have the part. I found the part in town for $150. But they would not sell it to me. 5 screws 1 hose clamp 2 wires to unplug and they wanted to charge me $1132.00 unreal. I believe in profit but 500 percent. Really. Be vary careful with this company. I would not recommend them.

Great experience working with K and S. Chris was very efficient in finding and fixing the problem as well as checking other components of our humidifier/heating system. He explained what he was doing and anything else to understand. Would recommend!
