Great experience from start to finish! Had my wood burning fireplace converted to gas logs. Wonderful communication through the entire process. John was great at explaining options while quoting and Karl was amazing to work with on scheduling and installation! Very easy to work with and Logs look amazing! Highly recommend!

Jeff came out to fix a problem with our gas fireplace. The flame would start small & become smaller once the glass was closed. He tried a few adjustments without any significant improvement & then went outside to check the vent. He found a very large wasp nest in the vent completely blocking the airflow. Once everything was working, Jeff cleaned the glass until it was spotless & gave us some tips on using & maintaining the fireplace since this house is new to us. Thanks Jeff for not giving up & for your help.
