Junk & More … is mostly “& More.” Because that’s what you get, whatever you hire them for: something more. At least, that’s my experience. I’ve hired them now for a variety of tasks, including packing, move-out, cleanup, move-in, unpacking, storage, logistics, and more. And I will hire them again. Because they have never delivered less than “above and beyond,” whatever the job. As a team, led by business owner Miles, they are smart, thoughtful, flexible and seemingly infinitely scalable. They always come prepared for the task. They always have the tools and equipment for the job. Their pricing is reasonable and generally, all-inclusive. And they are properly professional as well, from pre-job planning calls to expense monitoring to followup. They do the work, but they also bring expertise and experience to bear, and can identify issues and offer solutions before problems emerge in your project. They can also “right-size” crews and hours to meet evolving job requirements. And their time-keeping is scrupulously honest, as is everything else they do. Meanwhile, invoicing can be simple and straightforward, or as granular as your bookkeeping requires. But, much as it sounds like a cliche, the biggest part of the “& More” here really is the people. I seriously don’t know when I’ve encountered a more conscientious, concerned, outstanding group of human beings.
