Had an emergency kitchen sink, Garbage disposal, dishwasher drain clog(Meat). Quick service. Friendly. Very fair price. Checked inside and Out for leaks. Billy was great! Saved my weekend. Highly recommend!

After paying over $300 to another company that sadly didn’t do their job, Billy from Hawkeye came today and saved the day for half the price!! Wish me luck getting a refund from “the other company” Lone tree Iowa

I’m a little conflicted about how to rate. The initial problem is fixed but he created a new problem by not reattaching a drain pipe properly on my clothes washer…. I ran the washer unknowingly and all the water poured onto the floor in areas where there was never water. I’m lucky I didn’t have anything in that area and the washer was not damaged, but I could’ve had important stuff there? It was very easy to put the pipe into the other pipe, so I’m sure it was an honest mistake but kind of unacceptable because of the damage it could’ve caused. Billy came within a few hours of my phone call and resolved the clogged drain quickly. Appreciated the efficiency and the low cost of service! He also handed me a handy tip sheet for how to avoid further clogs.

Second time using Hawkeye Sewer. Billy came out right away. He was friendly and finished the job faster than I anticipated. He was very knowledgeable and offered good tips. For the second time using these guys the bill came in much lower than anticipated. I’m very happy with their service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them. Thanks Billy.
