Great service and super friendly and easy guy to deal with. I had a laptop begin to lose the screen backing, leading it to separate where the keyboard and the screen met. Of course it ended up being one week out of warranty, and Best Buy quoted me like $200+ just to do the basic diagnostics - not including parts and repair. I brought it to Joras Tech and he was able to look up the part and quote me a final price in like 5 minutes. He had it done in a week and I purposely waited a few months to leave a review. Terrance Edwards of Joras Tech is an experienced godsend. You will want this guy to work on all your tech (including phones). He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Called to inquire about the services and fees of which he was very upfront about. Got there at 15 to closing, told me possible scenarios and time for possible pick up the next day. Got home, received a call from Terrance that my custom built PC was ready. He charged me nothing and wouldn’t take payment when offered. If you need someone you can trust, go to Terrance Edwards with Joras Tech because anywhere else would just be chopped liver.

Excellent place to get your electronics fixed. They are very knowledgeable in laptops and desktops. They have great deals on cellphones and they repaired my phone in less than 20minutes that I tried to have fixed at 2 different places. By far best place I've been to.

9-11-25 You messed up I have text messages I sent asking you about my phone you destroyed. I did not break my laptop again it broke one time and you half fixed it. This is not professional work at all. Your business will be investigated as I have reported you to the BBB and the FTC. A response to my calls or text would have sufficed but the fact that you didn't do that is what made me report you I don't expect any repair to be perfect but at the end of the day I expect to get what I paid for it and some assistance after the work is done because the hard drive you replaced doesn't even work either.
