Terrible experience.The owner failed to meet promised repair date and charged for labor on a tablet they did not repair. I was civil but displeased and said if I couldn't have a full refund then we would have to go to civil court. The owner, Terry, threatened to call my employer and my spouse's employee because he said I had no 'right' to disagree...Whatever that means. It is appalling that a business owners immediate reaction is get customers in trouble or even fired over a billing dispute. My first experience with their services was when I purchased my first laptop, they were helpful in recommending the different programs that were available on my laptop to keep it running at it's very best. i have made several purchases also in which I have been well pleased.
