I can't say enough good things about Sebastian. He's helped us with several computers now, laptops and desktops. He's been really easy to work with, has helped us with both software and hardware issues as well as come to our house to help us with internet/wifi issues (we run an online business out of our house in Rocky Mount). All that and the prices have been REALLY reasonable. I initially called several local businesses and mostly didn't even get helpful replies to just trying to get them to look at a laptop. To say the least I'm very happy to have found Sebastian!
