Took my laptop in for over-heating. The owner, Chip, gave me all the information on what could be the cause. He called me later that night and gave me more details of what he had found and that my laptop was ready for pickup. Amazing work. My laptop runs great and no longer heats up. I will always use Sound Computers for all my computer needs and better yet, affordable.

This guy told me alot about computers that I didn't even know about, which is pretty neat. He fixed my passed down laptop up good, great even! I highly recommend coming here, very efficient.

Little late review, but Chip is absolutely an amazing, helpful human being. A gentleman sent from God, polite, patient, went through all of my problems to try and help me, even offered me $30 back due to my problem being a minor inconvenience. If there’s any tech repair company I’d recommend, definitely go to Sounds Computers all day everyday.

Chip is the most amazing guy! Very smart and knowledgeable. Knows what he's talking about and cares about the customer. Also super easy going and a laid back guy. I won't go to anyone else besides him with my PC now. I couldn't recommend him more!
