Unfortunately, my experience with JMR echoes their most recent reviews. JMR came out in October to fix a fridge that wasn’t cooling. The technician said I needed a back ordered part, we had a nice conversation about the washer and dryer I was planning to replace. The charge included the service call, the back ordered part, and the labor, and I paid half up front. They told me the part should be in within a few weeks. That was the last time I ever heard from JMR. We started calling about a month later. Each time the lady on the phone would tell us “she’d look into it and get back to us” or “the part was still on back order”. I went to the manufacturer website and all parts were available for order. At this point they have just stolen our money. It’s been four months. Don’t go near this service.
