The Owner was very sweet talking to him was son nice. he really took his time to explain everything to me. We sat down and he showed me what he was seeing wrong with my sons xbox. And showed me where he was getting parts and the price for them and explained which ones he though would be best. He left the choice up to me which was nice because the prices were all over the place on the thingy it needed! My baby is so happy he got his box back so quick and he says its like new!
