‘A memorable experience worth talking about!’ That line is from the Ops Teams Mission Statement that I lead. I’m big on customer experience and that’s exactly what we received. Our A/C went out a few weeks ago, my brother-in-law recommended Hey Neighbor and provided us with a number. Steve showed up last night after his long day and was happy as can be the second he popped out of his car. Once we made our decision it was already after 8pm and Steve called in to inquire about an installation team being available to come the following morning. While hopeful but not expectant, my wife called this morning on her ride back to inquire and unbeknownst to her James and Mike were already at our house with me. These guys were great, friendly, professional, kind, informed me along the way and frequently asked if I had any questions. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their work, were hustling and appeared to enjoy their craft. By 6pm on a Friday night, I was impressed that these guys weren’t just trying to run off to their weekend. While they had a sense of urgency to maybe ‘get out of our hair’ they remained diligent and thorough in their clean up, testing and confirmations. They made sure that any questions were answered and that I was happy before they departed. That’s a memorable experience worth writing about and what I desire for my own team. If these guys were in IT I’d hire them. Thank you and well done.
