A couple years ago I spent $60 on a watch battery. While he was hammering the back off he broke one of the dials the watch had the regular clock dials and then three other ones. gave it back to me like it never happened so I had to bring it back into the shop while I was still there and let him know and he told me don't worry about that dial I don't need it. I was a little aggravated and I told him I wanted it fixed and I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes and charged me $60 for him to send it out and fix it even though he broke it. Still not the end of the world or a big deal I understand things happen sometimes. Today I went in there and I asked him if he sold gold bullion grams and then he questioned me about it like something was off with me asking that question I think he was pretty rude. So the fact that he gave me my watch back broken knowing it was broken but tried to pass it off to me anyway I let that slide I didn't say anything and I wasn't rude I just let it slide. He charged me either 60 or $90 to get the dial fixed I don't remember but I do remember that the battery only lasted about 3 months and that's my experience at that store. I'm not a complainer and I barely leave reviews anywhere especially negative ones but with that attitude I felt he needed this review because now this is the second time I've had an issue in the two times I've been to that store. If I get an apology I'll take this down until then I'm telling how it is.
