Our experience with Tom Sagona and his team was nothing short of amazing. From the very start of the process, Tom was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in designing a solution to poor drainage and flooding on our property. We trusted him entirely and he delivered. In addition to solving what seemed like an impossible drainage issue, our front yard now has beautiful pavers, landscaping, and lighting. Tom truly went above and beyond and periodically checked the job long after it was complete. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tom also had an incredible vision that completely transformed our backyard. He produced a rendering of the yard for us and after some minor adjustments his team completely brought it to life. The planning and coordination of such a large project made the process stress free, which was extremely important to us. He communicated with us every step of the way and helped us make every design decision throughout the process. We used Tom to help landscape the front of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. Him and his crew were quick and courteous with the install. Tom is definitely an expert when it comes to landscaping and he made some really good suggestions to us throughout the project. We especially love the lighting that he pitched to us and this really makes the lanscaping pop even more. If we need anything he is very quick to respond. He even comes back proactively to check in and make sure everything is looking good without being called. He also installed a sprinkler system for us and came up with an outside the box solution to a tricky installation. We will be sure to use Tom and his crew for any future landscaping and contracting projects and couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone else.

When my wife and I initially began to procure estimates to improve our outdoor space, we had never envisioned we would have such a difficult time finding a reputable contractor who we felt good about. Out of the close to a dozen contractors we had spoken to, only 2 actually showed up when they said they would. Most of the others either kept us waiting or never showed up at all. Last October, while visiting a nearby landscaping supply company to do some product research, we happened upon Tom Sagona as he was helping a client of his. Without any hesitation, Tom was willing to answer any questions we had, which came as a pleasant surprise to us, as many other contractors didn't seem to want to be bothered unless we gave a deposit. We were able to schedule a consult with Tom at our home the following week, where he not only showed up, but was there early. Tom worked with us through the winter to procure a plan what would be an August/September project, all the while still maintaining the same punctuality we would grow to love about him and his company. Sagona Landscaping was able to transform a rather bland backyard into an outdoor oasis, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family. Tom, his brother Kevin, and their crew worked tirelessly, through the midsummer heat, six days a week and always arrived early. Both Tom and Kevin were extremely easy to work with, and they and their crew always conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. And their craftsmanship is impeccable, as anyone can tell just by looking at the pictures. We could not be more satisfied with the outcome of our project. While some people may feel they are a bit pricier than other companies, we believe they were well worth the added expense. They were in constant communication with us every step of the way, from start to finish, keeping us well informed throughout the process, alleviating any stress, and to us, that was invaluable. Thomas is “The Best” in the business. From the estimate to the completion of the work, he was always available for questions or concerns. The workers are on time every day, very nice, neat and pay attention to every single detail. The workers worked on my house as if it were their own. I chose Sagona because years ago they made my retainer wall in my backyard and it is still to this day as beautiful as the first day they completed it. When I showed Thomas the wall in my yard, he noticed the small area 5x5 pavers had sunk a little over the years. He had one of his workers lift and raise all the pavers in that small area! I didn’t know he noticed it, so when I hired him for the front of my house, he told me he was going to fix those pavers in my yard! Talk about attention to small details! My home is so beautiful now and I’m so grateful for the work Thomas and his crew did to make it look this gorgeous! The before & after pictures say it all. They also added a step to my porch.
