I had such a great experience with my Seiko watch transaction. My transaction was completely over the phone. I called,# they confirmed product was in stock, gave me a smoking deal and shipped it cross county on Thursday for Monday delivery. I have purchased 8 watches in the last six weeks four Seiko’s & four Swiss watches. This transaction was so exceptional that Shin Brothers has been elevated to my first call when in the market for a new Seiko. Since Shinn bros. is a Seiko AD they should have access to Seiko’s entire catalog. If my transaction is any indication of how they do business….Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Thank You! H. I recently went to Shin brothers to get my bracelet fixed. I thought by all of the great reviews that I read, that this was the place for this creative person to help me. Sadly that was not the case. :( He was so busy taking pictures with customers that he is friendly with, that he didn't even take the time to talk to me to see exactly what I needed or wanted. He just looked at the bracelet and told the woman that took it to him to show him, No. Big disappointment!!! Would not recommend!
