Northern Hills Technology continues to impress me. Whenever I need technical help, whether for computers, accessories or any other facet of todays modern high tech world, they have the answers. Not only do they fix stuff, they do it with a smile and do not break the bank as you exit. Chris has helped me in many ways. I recently purchased a new computer from them. It may have been a bit more than the big box items of lesser quality, but their reputation for service and quality far exceed the minimum savings you may soon forget. Chris is a master technician and does a tremendous job for NORTHERN HILLS TECHNOLOGY.

I am an old lady from Deadwood whose daughter's name is on this post. These people are the best. So patient with a technical dummy such as myself who needs her computer repaired right away. They have negotiated with Apple for me and walked me through ordering accessories for which they received no money. That is great customer service.

Brought my desktop in because it had been running slow and I suspected the hard drive was about to go out the window. Chris was able to get it in almost immediately, diagnose the issue (surprise, it was the hard drive), and look into other issues I was having with it. Needless to say, with how professional he was with everything and the way more inexpensive price I was charged compared to what I was expecting, I would definitely bring any system I'm having issues with to them again!

Northern Hills Technology has fixed three of my computers and also given my friends and family excellent advice about their computer issues. They have been the best dollars I have spent on support. They are very inexpensive. I would recommend them to anyone needing their computer fixed, de-bugged, tuned or otherwise repaired.
