Infotainment issues, the car was repaired within 8 hours and I was given a loaner, but after I picked the car up I still had issues with Infotainment. I wish they had taken more time to fully investigate the problem. Now it has to go back again...
Always top notch service. Friendly greeting when you arrive, detailed explanation of the service and what it will cost and an accurate estimate of how long it will take. The wi-fi is fast and reliable and the coffee machine will make just about anything you want while you wait.
Acura of brookfield fixed my car as quick as they could giving the part backorder situation. They kept me informed while they were replacing the transmission. The loaner car was nice and all the staff are friendly and courteous. My car was clean and most importantly fixed when i picked it up. Thanks
Had a dead battery and they were able to get me in late on the same day without an appointment to have it replaced. Didn’t pressure me into a new battery as there was a little life left in the old, but opted for a replacement anyway. Great service and customer focus.
I was definitely pleased with the service that was provided. My RDX 2016 now drives like a new car. My brakes are doing something a little different than before it went in. But maybe that’s just one of those things, but I am definitely very pleased with the work that was done and also they let me use one of their cars while the work was being done so that I wouldn’t be Inconvenienced. I love the service that I get when I come in. I just wish you also had a body shop so that you can be all around Shop for me and I don’t have to go anywhere else. Thank you for your great service. When I come in, I know my car is in great hands.
