Jeff did our Kitchen tile 3 years ago for our kitchen reno. We should have fired him after he nailed the Hardy backer to the floor instead of using the screws provided. Floor and wall tile are uneven. Grout on the floor started coming out after the first mop. We had to pay someone else to come in and regrout the floor.
