Precision Glass and Shower

Great customer service. We had an issue with our shower door that they worked on a few years ago and they came in to fix it, at no cost. They were great about following up. I would certainly recommend them!

They do decent work but not easy to work with, I do not recommend. What makes them hard to work with is I had 8 missed calls and 4 voicemails from them threatening to uninstall the shower door that was just installed (a few minutes prior to the voicemails/missed calls) because I didn’t answer their phone calls within 10 minutes. One of their voicemails included that they were going to instruct their employee to uninstall the door and take it back to their business with him if I did not respond and pay in 5 minutes. Wow!! Someone broke into my business and robbed it. Precision Glass was on site within 30 minutes to install a wooden door so that we could open up for business that same day. They will be installing a glass door soon as the permanent replacement (for a super reasonable price), but that same-day service and fantastic communication was phenomenal. Being here for this community during tragic events like this, is what makes a local company so worth supporting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Precision! I will recommend you to everyone in the future.

We had two bathrooms remodeled, and used precision glass for both of our shower installs. From the start of scheduling our appointment to the finish of install, everything was professional, and timely. After install they walked me through on how to take care of the glass. I would highly recommend using precision glass, and will definitely return for any future glass needs.

I was looking for a glass panel to finish a shower remodel. I checked a few places and Precision Glass and Shower was the best. Their sales rep was fantastic and answered all me questions. Their delivery/installation guys were also great. I needed this delivered to Indian Lake for my remodel and I did consider picking it up and installing myself but I was glad I had them do it after watching the guys do the install. I highly recommend this company.
