I took my computer here, four different times, and shortly after they "fixed it" something else went wrong with the computer. I also left my computer there for longer than a year by mistake, and when I went to pick it up they had already recycled it for parts without any warning. They only called one time, and left one voice mail unlike they stated below. They also commented below, that I flipped rocks on customers cars in the parking lot, but I can assure you that there was only one car in the lot, and it's the same white car that is parked backwards, that is there everyday. I admit, what I did, after I found out, was childish, but tell me how would you feel to lose 15 years of pictures and files, of which include friends and family who have passed. I also find it childish to guilt trip and gaslight, previously loyal customers, and try to discredit my comment by lying. There was no money put into my machine the last time I brought it there, so what costs were there to recover? They have people write reviews that don't even do business with them. One time I called them with a question that I genuinely was worried about, and they treated me like an idiot. They don't even try to make it right, just point out everything you (as a customer) did wrong. Then sell your computer to recoup the cost when no work was done, and no money was spent.
