Had a great experience with these guys. Scott was Phenominal. Very honest. Had them look at multiple appliances with issues. They told me what I should fix and what I shouldn't because it wouldn't be worth the cost. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you have appliances you need repaired.
My dishwasher stopped spraying during the wash cycle but was otherwise working. I called around asking for a cost estimate to replace what I was suspecting to be a bad circulation pump. I received three responses. Two responses gave me an estimate of $400 to $650; one that indicated that circulation pumps and control boards go bad together. Appliance Clinic returned my call and stated they have a $125 trip charge that includes any work done to be added to the cost of parts. With the thought that the circulation pump needed replacement, they gave me a bid of $277. They came later that same day and determined that the pump did need replacement... These folks are great! Scott came out and found the problem with our new washer in just a few minutes. Once G.E. finally got them the part, Scott replaced the new/old part and fixed our problem toot sweet! Scott's a great asset to this business. A++++ business!
