First of all, Michael is the absolute best! He came out to me and had my device fixed all within 30 minutes! He also had the best rate! Amazing customer service, lord knows I was already having a bad day but thanks to Michael it got a little bit better! I will be referring him to everyone! My phone is back working better than ever, Thanks Michael!

I had an unusual tablet repair request for Michael that could have easily taken about three weeks to complete. However, because it was urgent, he was able to fix it in less than a week. The tablet works perfectly—just like new. I’m so grateful I found this company; they did an excellent job in such a short amount of time.

Things can go wrong in a repair, but let me start by saying I’m thrilled with the final outcome despite the time it took. I had an iPad Pro screen replacement done and the repair turned into more of a saga than anyone expected. After the initial repair, Face ID stopped working. A couple follow-up attempts had other issues like screen defects and touch problems near the edges. So the process definitely took longer than either of us anticipated. Michael is the best! My iPad wouldn’t turn on and he gave me a really nice deal. After fixing it he discovered another issue and the power button was hot to the touch. He continued to fix it even after already fixing the issue I had previously. The iPad unfortunately was unable to be fixed after that but Michael replaced it with a new iPad at no additional cost. I highly highly highly recommend Integrity. Michael is the best and I am extremely greatful for his patience, service, and kindness.
