I usually purchase my phones pre-owned, because I use a 3rd party carrier. I bought my last phone (s22) from a nearby local shop and it had problems with the glue on the back panel which they "fixed" until the battery started bulging and failing and overheating. I bought a replacement phone from cpr refurbished (s23) and it feels like a brand new phone. The battery is mint, no scratches anywhere, and I'd be comfortable that it would still work if I accidentally dropped it in my bath. Plus they have a decent warranty. Highly recommended for a new phone if you're not into financing.

Brought my iPhone 16 plus in for a free screen and back plate replacement through my insurance. Ended up not being able to getting it fixed within the the 3 hours they said. But when I ended up coming in the afternoon around 10am they give me my phone completely broken and does not turn on any more. Forcing me to go through my insurance to go and pay for a new phone through them. So this completely free appointment went and costed more money because they broke my phone. 0/5 do not recommend

I shattered my phone screen and walked in without an appointment, and the staff greeted me immediately. They were incredibly friendly and gave me a fair, honest quote. The repair was fast and clearly done with real technical skill — I had my phone back in about two hours. A couple of months later, I had a complication with the screen replacement and returned. They handled it professionally, took full accountability, and performed a thorough evaluation of my phone to make sure everything was fixed correctly. That level of honesty and thoroughness is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Everyone here is highly knowledgeable and clearly skilled at what they do. You can tell right away that they take pride in their work and know their craft. I’ll continue to come here for any of my technical issues. Highly recommend this place.
