We were off-island while guests were staying in the condo when the AC stopped working one evening. The next morning, I called every AC repair company on the Kona side, and Hawaii Air Conditioning was the only one that picked up. I wasn’t sure what type of AC unit was installed, but really appreciated how helpful Andriette was, she clearly explained the pricing for different systems and what to expect during maintenance and diagnostic. She even scheduled a technician that same afternoon, and they got the AC back up and running quickly. They also filed a rebate on our behalf, which was reflected in the bill. We’ve used Hawaii Air Conditioning for several services. Our first experience was with Bobbi, she scheduled our maintenance and gave me a rebate coupon! Service was performed in a timely and professional manor. Our most recent service was an AC install. Professional quote with many options, timely install and great follow up! Dale and Ilene, the owners of Hawaii Air Conditioning are great to work with, and I recommend them for all your air conditioning service and installation.

Hawaiian Air Conditioning is extremely professional and they do it with aloha! Brian is knowledgeable and trustworthy. The office staff was helpful and always responsive. The team of installers were kind, did good work and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a great job from the quote to the finished installation. I am so happy with our new AC system! It works great and it was a pleasure working with Hawaiian AC!
