The installer was very pleasant and courteous always saying please and thank you! He was knowledgeable and preformed his work as we would expect like a professional! He was helpful and answered any questions we asked and when he was done he cleaned up his mess and took care of the trash! We feel we can count on him anytime we need any kind of service! Kevin Ogden
I wasn’t sure where to start looking for help. Luckily I found Installs Express on yelp and gave them a call! Michael and Mike were awesome. They showed up on time, got everything uninstalled and installed without any issues, and were super respectful of my home. As a mom, I really appreciate when people are efficient and don’t make a mess or turn it into a whole ordeal — and they definitely delivered. They clearly know what they’re doing, explained things in a way that made sense, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. Everything works perfectly and they double-checked everything before leaving. Would absolutely recommend Michael and Mike to anyone needing appliance install or removal. Reliable, friendly, and just solid people to have in your home.
