I took my car to the Ford dealership in town and after spending too much time and money and not getting the service we wanted, I took it to Egan and they were amazing. They went above and beyond to diagnose the car properly and they found an issue that the Ford dealership did not find. They were great to work with. Thanks Egan Automotive.
I wish I would have found these guys years ago. They get you in quickly and take care of the work promptly. The quality of their work is excellent, and their pricing is significantly lower than what you would pay at a dealership. As a bonus, the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I liked that they took me to my car on the lift and showed me where the problems were and why. I know a little more about my car now, and could see why things needed to be fixed or replaced! I was planning to just wait, but they called and paid for an Uber so I could go home. The best part though, was their kindness when I had an emergency. I had to hurry and get my car so I could get to Salt Lake right away. I called and asked them to get the car ready to go and I would get the rest of the work done later. They send the office manager to pick me up, because it would be faster. A couple of mechanics had finished their cars, so they joined in and helped finish my car in record time. When I got there, they had everything ready. As I paid for the car registration, one of the guys was putting the sticker on my car. They were so kind and anxiously to help! They felt like neighbors or friends, instead of people just doing a job! I’m so thankful! I was able to get to Salt Lake just in time, thanks to their efforts.
I'll admit, I'm a picky, high-strung car owner who gets anxious about anyone working on my vehicles. This shop completely put those worries to rest. From the moment I walked in, the level of knowledge, patience, and genuine care was exceptional. Robert, in particular, was outstanding: he answered every one of my (many) questions, took my car on a careful diagnostic drive, brought me into the shop to physically show me what was going on, and explained everything fully. While I waited, they made sure to point out the fresh warm cookies they keep stocked (a small touch that perfectly aligns with how they treat people). Every customer who walked in and every phone call I overheard was handled with the same respect and enthusiasm they showed me. You can tell everyone here actually enjoys what they do and wants every person who comes through the door to have a great experience. Robert has earned all of my business, EV and gas, from now on, and I don’t say that lightly. If you own a Tesla and want it treated right by people who truly know these cars inside and out, this is the place!
I recently relocated to Kaysville and my car was in need of regular maintenance. I wanted to find an automotive company in my community that was not a dealer. I found Egan Automotive on line and their reviews were excellent so made an appointment. I am so happy I did. My main contact was Tony and he was so friendly, helpful and professional. I had to leave the car and Tony made arrangements for Uber to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I feel the service was excellent. Everything that needed taken care of was completed. Egan Automotive is now my go to for all my car needs. I highly recommend them.
