I had such an exceptional experience with Spencer. He installed an over-the-range microwave after my other microwave finally gave out and was able to make time for me and come out within a day (less than 24 hr). Not only did he get it done quickly, but he did such a professional job and went above and beyond the same microwave install. He was able to help me fix the wall behind the microwave and made sure everything was air tight. Honest work. I'll be using him again for sure. He's now saved in my contacts. Great guy. Definitely go with him, you won't regret it.

The freezer part of our fridge stopped freezing. This had happened before a few years ago so I looked up the person who had repaired it last time and sent them a message. Oddly, they never responded. So I started looking for other options and came across Precision Appliance Installs. Every review I read was overwhelmingly positive. I figured that was a good reason to try them. I got response the next day and Spencer came out later that afternoon. He quickly determined our freezer issue and then came back the next day with the part we needed to get us back up and running. I was very impressed with Spencer affability and cheeriness. He fixed our fridge without issue and the price we paid was over $100 less than what we paid two years prior with the other person. I’m very happy I found Spencer’s business and would recommend him to anyone.

The positive reviews for Spencer are no joke. 10/10 amazing repair man. Found all the savings he could for us, came to inspect the problems quickly, was very thorough and was able to fix my fridge and oven quickly. Don’t hesitate to give him a call. You’ll be glad you did!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Spencer answered my call the very first time and was able to come out the same day, which already set him apart from any other company. At first, he replaced my refrigerator’s ice maker. But when that didn’t solve the problem he kept digging. He found the real problem which is a design flaw in Whirlpool refrigerators where wires below the door can get cut. He was able to repair the wiring quickly. He went WAY Above and Beyond by giving me the option to either keep my old ice maker or go with the new one he had already installed. No other appliance repair company would be this fair and honest! I gladly chose to keep the new ice maker since my old one had hard water build-up. Spencer’s combination of punctuality, skill, and honesty is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend him and Precision Appliance Installs to anyone needing appliance repair. You won’t be disappointed!
