Very disappointing! Brought my computer to this place and explained my problem. A couple of hours later, picked it up, total cost $45, because the owner gave me a discount of $20. I asked if they fixed it, the clerk tells me they could find nothing wrong with it. I bring it home, connect it, and the same problem is there. I google my problem, find the answer, and fix it myself. Wish I had done that before I brought it out there, and saved myself some money!!!

The owner KNOX went above and beyond. He was so helpful. He cleaned up all my junk files. And just set up my computer to optmitize it Highly recommend you go see Knox for all comp. Needs

I had the pleasure of working with Greg on an integration for a mutual client and I was impressed by his stellar customer service skills that were 'above and beyond' what I have received in the past from other IT providers. Greg not only remoted me into the server on the same day (and after-hours!) but thanks to his experience, he was able to resolve an authentication issue with the SQL that unexpectedly appeared during the install, saving me both time and aggravation.
