Could not recommend enough. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me in getting my personal computer for work up and running when i was experiencing a Display/ video output issue that evolved into a Storage issue with one of my boot drives. He did this on extremely late notice on a Saturday and within 30 minutes was able to resolve my issue in full and allowed me to return home that evening to continue my work editing. thank you again
I wish I could give this business zero stars. I brought in my 2024 HP laptop, which cost nearly $2,000, because it started making a small noise near the fan. After consulting a few people, I was told it was likely a simple fan issue. When I contacted this technician, he agreed and quoted me no more than $50 to fix it, saying he would only need the laptop for three days. However, three days turned into several weeks with little to no communication. When I finally reached out for an update, he suddenly claimed it was a motherboard issue instead. He then started mentioning other supposed problems that I had never experienced before. To make matt... I wish I could give this business zero stars. When I contacted this technician, he agreed and quoted me no more than $50 to fix it, saying he would only need the laptop for three days. However, three days turned into several weeks with little to no communication. When I finally reached out for an update, he suddenly claimed it was a motherboard issue instead. He then started mentioning other supposed problems that I had never experienced before. To make matters worse, he told me he had taken apart my charging port and that I would now only be able to charge my laptop via USB-C—and then tried to sell me his own Type-C charger for an additional $40. When I went to his shop to see the laptop, I discovered it was in worse condition than before I brought it in. Despite this, he insisted that I owed him $107. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. At the end of the day, I take responsibility for trusting the wrong person with my expensive laptop. I’m writing this review to warn others—do not take your devices here.
