On-Site Computer Service

I brought in a laptop that had begun having issues a couple years ago. (I didn't deal with it at the time and just replaced it.) I had tried to salvage photos and videos with little success. After reading Google reviews, I took it to Greg last week. Wise decision, indeed! I told him there was no rush. He called me in a day/two, told me the issue, and had it ready to go a couple days later. The computer has never run this well! Thanks, Greg, it's better than new and more than reasonably priced. I had an excellent experience, From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me solve my issue. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and my PC is now running better than it ever has. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy computer repairs. Greg is an absolute magician with Mac and Windows computers. Call and he will meet you at the shop, take your hardware and get back to you within hours. He has done so much excellent work for me for such a fair price, I drive 1 hr 10 minutes from Ballantyne in South Charlotte to obtain his services. I can not recommend him with enough accolades. You will be in good hands.

I came here because of the great reviews...... WELL, now I see why his rating is a 4.9!!!! I had taken my MacBook Air to 3 people (Apple, Best Buy, and an "I.T." guy) and they all acted clueless about my situation.... Well Greg was able to get into my Mac and help me get all of my important documents off of it in less than a week!!!! :) He was SO helpful & very knowledgeable... He was willing to go above and beyond to help me!!!!! I will definitely be a return customer if I ever need assistance in the future!!!! Thank you so much again, you have been a life saver! 😭🙏🏻
