After only having my laptop for a couple of years, it started to really slow down. It took about ten minutes to boot up and about five minutes just to open simple things like Gmail or Microsoft Word, let alone try to use them...any project took me two to three times as long to complete. The team at Twisted Networx had the problem diagnosed, a new hard drive ordered and installed, and my machine was ready to go in a little under three days. The stellar service from these guys was second to none and I'd highly recommend them for any computer problems you might have!! Best in the business. I’ve been working with Tommy on all of my IT needs since before his company was even formed. I would not ever consider anyone else. Their knowledge is broad. Priceing is fair and simply put, they know what they are doing.
