Tavis worked with our Company to resolve some email issues. The process took several weeks and he stayed with us every step of the way. He was very responsive with this communication and had great customer service. After the issue was resolved, he followed up a week later to make sure everything was running effectively. Tavis is propmt, educated, and is very kind when working. He is quick and to the point and knows what he is doing and will sit down and explain it to you. He is a good man and never forgets to ask how everyone is doing and what else he can do to help. Tavis helped move the business to a new building and helped install the wireing. He has fixed the hard drives on computers multiple times and can install all of the programs remotely. Very impressed with the work and we have him on speed-dial!

Let me start by saying I have a Custom Pc I built myself a few years back and recently moved. Couldn't get it to boot to windows. I found Tavis with the mindset od I just need it fixed. Travis is amazing. He came by the same day I called and fixed my computer that night. I was having crashing issues and he got it up and running and everything updated like it should be. I appreciate the quick service as this was my business computer. Highly recommend!!
