iFixScreens Loganville

My screen had cracks so I brought it to iFixScreens in Loganville. My iPad was sent off-site to an unknown location. I had to keep calling in order to find out if the iPad arrived back at the original store. $300+ to repair and when I received, there was a lot of glue around the iPad. Not sure what they did, but many of my settings were changed and I can no longer access my biometric (face) password. I also have vertical lines running through the screen. In addition, after a week, the corners started to lift. The touch screen is very weak, unable to click the “X” in the upper corners to exit out of applications. Waste of money. TERRIBLE!!!!

I came to drop off my phone on Friday, there was a note on the door that said be back soon. We should have not come back. I was quoted $150 for back screen repair and 3 hour fix time. I called Saturday at 11 and they said to come Sunday at 10 to get it. I called this morning and he said 2 today. I came at 2 and there is a sign on the door with a number to text and I will be back. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Awful service, I just want my phone back. Do not come here!! Update. I finally was able to get somebody on the phone, I went and picked up my phone. It looks beautiful. It has an 18 month warranty, and the man took off $20. I'm not sure if I'm convinced if it was worth it or not. But they did very good work.

He Put a aftermarket screen on my Galaxy S23 ultra without the edge screen without telling me now I'm stuck with a weird screen because that's all he had and I had to have the case on the back re glued because it had a huge gap on both sides where it wasn't seated and held together plus it was missing 2 screws holding the internal components in place, the Screen that this place put in has a Blue Plastic sheet on the back that is supposed to be removed so the battery will stick the blue plastic was still on the back of the screen so the battery was not stuck down and was loose to the new screen IFix put in.. I Absolutely will never be back $1300 phone you expect better. The place in Walmart stayed late to fix these issues for me they are where everyone needs to go. I was never offered multiple options all.. When I asked he Specifically stated only Aftermarket screen Available.. this was only after i came to pick up the device..So you posting a lie doesn't help anything. read the rest of my review I had to have( Cellairis) fix this multiple issues this is a Buisness phone and want going to risk it being broken further...

I came on January 1 to get my Apple watched fixed, it was not broken, the screen just lifted up. On January 2nd it lifted back up (if you don’t know how to fix it just say that). I came back up there and was very polite but nobody apologized or offered me a refund or everything. On January 14 I'm noticing the screen is lifting up again! I tried to call so I could just get a refund without having to come back a 3rd time and got hung up on. I have never spoken to them disrespectfully nor given them a hard time about my Apple Watch but at this point please do not do business with these unprofessional people… they used some cheap black adhesive that is obviously not working.
