Will was very helpful and understanding. I brought in my IPhone 13 Pro Max for a back screen repair. Will was able to fix the phone the same day, took some time but he communicated. During the process of fixing the back screen the on button stopped working. He said that he will fix it for no charge. I originally wrote this review when I finally picked up the phone after the button was fixed. One hour after I noticed the screen was starting to delaminate (which it wasn’t doing prior). So I went back to this location for the 5th time to have him fix this issue now that he created. Will took the phone to the back and attempted to fix it but instead made it worse. By this point I was fed up and he had no other options and was saying now “the phone is bent”. So he created 2 issues that I didn’t have prior to taking my phone here. I originally put 4 stars and after this I changed it to 1. I will not be coming back due to the fact that the worker did not know what he was doing. On top of that be prepared to be pressured into writing a review in front of him. When I first initially picked up the phone he asked me to write a review which I was totally okay with and respect the hustle. Then he proceeded to say “I’ll write the 5 star review”. So again be prepared to be pressured into writing a review right in front of him.
