Scheduling an appointment was easy. Service Technician David Chen was friendly, on time, and extremely professional. David listened while I explained the situation and what I needed. David performed and thorough system evaluation and diagnosis. When completed, David discussed the results with me and also provided pictures (20+), helpful information, and estimates for the work that was needed. I was very impressed with his work - very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very polite. David also offered to answer any further questions that came up later and provided his contact information. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Air-Tech and Technician David Chen.

I recently had to replace my entire AC system in Sierra Madre, and unlike many companies that rush through the process without much explanation, AirTech took the time upfront to thoroughly walk me through all the available options. I worked closely with their sales rep, Jeremy, and I can't recommend him highly enough—be sure to request him specifically if you reach out to them. We had 4 or 5 detailed conversations where he patiently helped me compare the pros and cons of each choice, always providing clear perspective and taking as much time as needed. When it came to the actual installation, Jeremy and his team completed the job in under a week, exactly as quoted. TL;DR: AirTech is an excellent choice for HVAC work in the area, and requesting Jeremy as your point of contact will make the experience even better. Highly recommended!

This is a great small business that I encourage anyone to use to support the local economy. They are a company of conscientious people with heart, and they will make the effort to please you as a client that any of the bigger company's have forgotten how to do. Thank you Air-Tech team! 8-12-2025 As a follow-up review to the 3 head mini split system that I had installed, the team that came to my house were almost perfect and almost 100% professional. There are always some human error issues that arise where people don't communicate completely, and that happens. I am quite pleased with the end results, and the system is performing as well or better than expected considering the stage of remodel that my house is currently in. I will continue to send business referrals to Air-Tech and I wish them all the best. The team worked with me both days they were here with the running of the line sets in the walls so nothing was visible from the outside. There was a lot of extra work on my end to make that happen, and a little extra on their end. It all worked out, and I would use them again. Thank you again Air-Tech team!
