I recently had to replace my entire AC system in Sierra Madre, and unlike many companies that rush through the process without much explanation, AirTech took the time upfront to thoroughly walk me through all the available options. I worked closely with their sales rep, Jeremy, and I can't recommend him highly enough—be sure to request him specifically if you reach out to them. We had 4 or 5 detailed conversations where he patiently helped me compare the pros and cons of each choice, always providing clear perspective and taking as much time as needed. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Service Technician David Chen was friendly, on time, and extremely professional. David listened while I explained the situation and what I needed. David performed and thorough system evaluation and diagnosis. When completed, David discussed the results with me and also provided pictures (20+), helpful information, and estimates for the work that was needed.
