Do you need an IT guru who is a “Johnny on the spot”, professional, extremely knowledgeable, excels with expertise regarding today’s high end technology and is also very, very personable, friendly and doesn’t leave until any and all issues are resolved? Then you definitely want Sam by your side. I can’t pay Sam enough compliments for the many issues I have had over the past 3 weeks. And when I call or email to schedule an appointment, he is quite prompt responding and excellent being at my condo before I know it. If you want an IT guy for life, then please join me with definitely seeing for yourself that Sam is a “keeper” forever. I’d say it’s best to call him “Sam the Man”. I have absolutely no reservations about Sam always being my “go-to”.

There's a reason why Sam has 5 stars on Yelp and Google Reviews! I had a problem with my MacBook Air and called the 24/7 help line on a Saturday, and Sam was able to help me immediately! He was able to fix the problem and most importantly, save me from spending hundreds on a repair or new laptop. I also appreciated how transparent he was from the get-go and let me know he was going to find the most cost-effective solution. Highly, highly recommend.

What an amazing experience with Sam's IT solutions. He's always been very very help. From fixing my laptop to helping me restore my bios. And now helping me install a new PSU and my 3080ti graphics card. He was very patient and informative from the beginning. He walked me thru everything and insure I had all the correct components. The cherry on top would be him coming to my house to install all the components and making sure everything is working at its highest performance. Definitely recommend Sam's IT to friends and family.
