Aire Serv of Pasadena

When I think about my experience with Aire Serv the first thing that comes to mind is customer service. Aire Serve has done my system maintenance for about three years. Every technician has been ON TIME and ready to go! They are always very informative and available to answer any questions I may have. They work clean which is very important and they get the job done in timely fashion after explaining the entire process. Customer service usually starts with a phone call. Ashleigh has always been very helpful in answering any of my questions including re-schedules when we have had family emergencies. She is very thoughtful in her dealings with customers and tries to schedule according to needs of the customer. Overall 5 stars is not enough !

AirServ HVAC is remarkable. From the time they take your call to after they complete your service, you will be impressed with their courtesy, professionalism, analysis, equipment and explanation of every step they are taking to resolve your problem. And they back it up with photos! The tech that came to my home was Bryan. He was excellent. My furnace had gradually stopped igniting, so I imagined a service provider would insist my furnace needed to be replaced or needed very expensive parts and I saw $$$ signs in my head. Not AirServ. Bryan analyzed, explained, repaired and my furnace has never worked better! I love AirServ!!!
