iRepairTek (IT Services, Smartphone, Computer, Consoles and Tablet Repair)

I originally sought out UbreakiFix as it was the first return result on Google when searching for iPhone repair in the area. Once I made an appointment online, they texted me multiple times to confirm the appointment. I arrived on time - it's a fifteen minute drive from my house - and the technician told me that they didn't have the correct part. He then said I could still replace the back of my iPhone16 but it would effectively be double the cost with what they had in stock. No thanks. This wasted my time - and lacked basic courtesy - because it could have been solved by a phone call. Won't be going back there again. I called iRepairTek based on proximity and reviews and reached Omer, the owner. He confirmed he was able to help, he was transparent about pricing and turnaround time. I dropped off the phone and it was completed quickly - same day. I found him to be very knowledgeable and communication throughout the process was courteous and service-oriented. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to Omer and I'll come back again for any hardware needs. Thanks, Omer!

Omer is the greatest. I called after going to a few different shops around the way and he was able to fit me in same day. He diagnosed the laptop and called me same day with solution and pricing. He is an honest, transparent, and hardworking gentleman. He asked me how soon did I need the service done and he completed it within the time frame that was asked of him. No gimmicks, no overpricing or overcharging. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tech repair. If he cannot fix something, he will not promise that he can just to make a profit. Please try him out you all won’t be disappointed.
