Love coming here when I get a chance to come up and visit my folks. Tons of Moda and Riley Blake which are my favorites. Great prices and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you check out the new line SUNBONNET by Heather Briggs and make sure you ask Shirelle about the adorable new sewing room sew along. I had a really hard time trying to decide which ones to get because they were all so cute!
I went in for some upholstery material and found a wider selection than I expected; helpful staff pointed out yardage and suggested backing fabrics. Prices were fair for good-quality cloth and they cut precisely to order. The shop smelled faintly of cotton and dye — a pleasant craft smell if you’re into sewing. There’s a friendly, patient energy with fellow makers browsing for inspiration. Great for creative sewing projects.
I'm volunteering at a nearby state park for the summer and I was excited to find somewhere to have my vacuum cleaner serviced. They did an excellent job rebuilding the beater bar and changing out the internal filter. It works like it did 35 years ago when it was new. Thanks guys and if I'm in the area again I'll be in.
I enjoy the mini quilt retreats as I always get the much needed help they are willing to offer. Great group of ladies that are true friends and their talent is extraordinary! Great sales and fabric selection. The Fabric Bin helped me get started by hosting a beginner class and that was when my love for quilting began! They are awesome! Stop in sometime!
