Overhead Door Company of Brown County™

Asked for credit card information and we were told that they would not come unless we gave it. Never received a bill even after calling for one. Did not find out charge until credit card statement came and was almost double from price quoted. When called office said they would return call did after calling several times. And was return by receptionist only. Still waiting for results. Very poor service. Not even worthy of a 1 star for service. But would not post without any star.

Terrible service and communication. I needed bottom seals replaced in the beginning of September. A person stopped about a week later, tore half the old seal off left both the side door to the garage and the garage door open, used my ladder, and left it all like that. I had to call them again and they told me they had a service call. No excuse to leave my garage open and no communication. It's been about a month since their last communication. They won't respond to calls and rarely to text. The lady that answers the phone can't be bothered to do her job either. They said it was parts and my retainer being the issues. I measured myself and looked on Amazon, got the parts and just finished doing it myself. This is after waiting 2 months for a seal to be fixed by Overhead Door. I understand being busy but communication goes a very long way.
