Terrible service showed up in a old beat up car I had to jump the battery to get them home. The chimney they installed is leaking, they tried repairing it but still leaks. They refuse to come back!

Made an appointment for an inspection with a technician. They waited a week to tell me they do not service Parowan Utah, when they have a shop in Cedar City (18 miles away) according to Google search they have a location in Cedar. The lady on the phone very hard to understand.

We set an appt, no one showed up or called me. After half an hour late of the appt, I called them. Leon said there was miscommunication, they don't service our area (Panguitch) and he'll cancel the appt. I advised him when I set the appt for two wood stoves I asked if they serviced the Panguitch area and he said yes. He said sorry, they only service SLC area. He hung up. It was weird, since I called their number for Cedar City UT. Do not use Hot Guys Fireplace.

Hot guys just got finished installing 2 kuma wood stoves in my home and I tell you what they went above and beyond my expectations my wife is super happy with everything!! They are all about the details!!

All the companies I have dealt with by far Barry has been the rudest. He acted like he was the only fireplace company. Was rude on the phone was a bad experience. Acted like we didnt pay a bill but we did. Take business elsewhere you want to deal with Barry.
