I would give this place ten stars! I suspected a coolant leak and called to get my car looked at. They were able to get it in the next day. By the end of the day, they had diagnosed the problem. They dealt with my maxcare warranty and had it repaired quickly. Everyone that worked there were great to deal with. If I have the misfortune of needing car repairs in the future, I can only hope it happens in Cedar City so I can return to them. I will definitely be returning for regular service on my car and any tire needs in the future. I would recommend any friends and family take their vehicles here too.

I would recommend this place to anybody who asked my opinion! Whether you’re coming through town and need emergency help, or are a local and need a “regular” place to take your vehicle. Make Bridgestone your “regular” place! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest! Went in for an oil change and brakes (because I thought I needed brakes!) but they did the oil change and told me my brakes were still in great shape and my car was good to go! I’ve never been to a place who didn’t just try to take advantage of me being a solo female bringing my vehicle in- soo many people would have just done my brakes for the money, not necessity! Like I said, 100% recommended and will never go anywhere else again!

I feel like we had such a good experience at this place. The waiting area was comfortably spacious, and the staff was so kind to me and my kids. You can watch them work from the waiting area (which was a huge hit for my tools-loving 5 year old). They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which is highly appreciated. We got the oil change and [free] tire rotation, paid our $34.95+tax, and made our escape in about a half hour. We'll definitely return for future services.
