I was having a pest issue and decided to contact professional help. I got word of this business from a friend. I visited with Melissa via phone and set up a time for her to come out. She was really flexible working around our busy schedules. She was clear and consice on the process for the problem and what that would cost me. She came out and took care of my issue. I was given insights on what to look for as well as what i was seing meant. She also provided extra traps to put down as needed. I loved that she educated me on my issue as well as gave me preventative measures to take after I got the problem solved. I followed that up with wanting to do some preventative work as it began to get warmer. Brandon came out and did that. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why it was important. He gave good tips on things I could do to help prevent bugs and spiders from entering my home! Both situations could not have been a better experience. I am very happy I got the recommendation and used this company!
