Another shop in town recommended that I go to ADI to replace my cracked mobile phone screen. ADI got the replacement screen quickly and I was able to drop it off and pick it up a couple of hours later. Courteous service, quality workmanship and the phone is like new again. The price was reasonable, in fact it was much less than what a different shop wanted to charge. I am very pleased and would recommend ADI to others.
I've gotten my phone fixed would these guys twice now. My most recent fix was a battery replacement and they were able to get a battery ordered and installed in my phone within 24 hours. Excellent service and reasonable price
These people are very nice, quick with repairs, quality is always great, and wait times are never too long. The best part is they don’t over charge! I will always choose this place with all repairs.
I was in Indiana when I decided to shatter my Galaxy screen. Ugh..but I filled out the request a quote form on the ADI website. Chris promptly replied back the next morning. A few days later I was back in Salina and was going to drop off my phone so they could fix it whenever before I got back. The two ladies in the office were friendly and professional making sure I understood that they would repair it as soon as possible, but some things they had no control of (FedEx) Imagine my surprise when they called the next morning to report it done!! I hope i never have to see a phone repair shop again..BUT if I do...ADI is who i will be calling!
Received a new battery for iPhone 12mini. Let’s start out by saying you’re screwed if you try using Bestbuy or sending it in to apple unless you have a spare phone sitting around. With that said ADI had my phone battery swapped in one hour. Unfortunately, the screen cracked during the process which they warned could happen. The fact of the matter is if you live anywhere near ADI they are the only place you can go in and get your device fixed and returned same day. Same hour, basically. They are very friendly and apologized for the cracked screen. They took the time to show me why it is so difficult to change the battery without breaking the screen. They showed me the cracked screen and they are unbelievably thin and glued in place. All in all I’m pleased with the service. I will use them again. Also, the parts are not apple official but this is of no concern to me. They explained the jump in price they would have to charge in order to offer apple certified parts and trust me this is far more reasonable. Same battery would have cost at least $200 more according to them. Thanks again!
