Their team was easy to work with. Very responsive on when the alarm is triggered. Once the boundary adjustments were made(after initial setup) we had zero issues. The only thing i would like to see improvement on is having the ability to adjust automatic arm/disarm schedule. However, their team was quick to make the adjustments when i needed them.

Local Companies are the best for installation & customer service. We have been customers for years and my #1 with a business is the customer service after the sale. CES is ALWAYS quick to respond and can't count how many times they've helped troubleshoot problems (not their problem, but self inflicted most of the time) as much as they can over the phone, saving me $$$ in the end. Aren't many companies that do care about their customers and not the $$$. Thank you Lloyd and your great employees.
