If I could give zero stars, I would. I had service with them, made my payments with them each time but I didn’t realize there was a payment that was missed for the last service because I thought they had my credit card information. and instead of them having the decency to call me to tell me that a payment is past due, they sent me to a lawyer for collections! I gladly would’ve given them my credit card number AGAIN to clear up any balance, but instead of having the decency as a business to call their customer and ask them if they could get payment, they sent me to law office?! I had no idea there was a miss payment and a simple phone call from this company could’ve cleared all that up. Shame on you!
