It was so great working with Jimmy. He was professional and friendly, and explained what he was doing, so we could understand what went wrong with our oven. When the part we needed was discontinued, he weighed buying a refurbished part second hand versus rebuilding the board, and went with the option that had the greatest probability of success while also being within our budget. Creative problem solving at its best. Would 100% hire again.

Chance is the tech who came to get everything back to rights and his knowledge and easy manner dealing with the repair was refreshing.
